1．偽劣鍍鋅管容易刮傷，原因是偽劣鍍鋅管廠家設(shè)備簡陋，易產(chǎn)生毛刺，刮傷鋼材表面。深度刮傷降低鋼材的強(qiáng)度。

1. Fake and inferior galvanized pipe is easy to be scratched. The reason is that the manufacturer's equipment is simple and easy to produce burr and scratch the steel surface. Deep scratch reduces the strength of the steel.

2．偽劣鍍鋅管無金屬光澤，呈淡紅色或類似生鐵的顏色。

3．偽劣鍍鋅管的橫筋細(xì)而低，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)充不滿的現(xiàn)象，原因是廠家為達(dá)到大的負(fù)公差，成品前幾道的壓下量偏大，鐵型偏小，孔型充不滿。

4．偽劣鍍鋅管的橫截面呈橢圓形，原因是廠家為了節(jié)約材料，成品輥前二道的壓下量偏大，這種管的強(qiáng)度大大地下降，而且也不符合鋼管外形尺寸的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

The reason is that in order to save materials, the reduction of the first two passes of the finished roll is too large, and the strength of the pipe is greatly reduced, and it does not conform to the standard of the external dimension of the steel pipe.

5．鍍鋅管的成分均勻，冷剪機(jī)的噸位高，切頭端面平滑而整齊，而偽劣鍍鋅管由于材質(zhì)差，切頭端面常常會有掉肉的現(xiàn)象，即凹凸不平，并且無金屬光澤。而且由于偽劣廠家產(chǎn)品切頭少，頭尾會出現(xiàn)大耳子。

5. The composition of the galvanized pipe is uniform, the tonnage of the cold shear is high, and the end face of the cutting head is smooth and neat. However, due to the poor quality of the galvanized pipe, the end face of the cutting head often has the phenomenon of falling off, that is, uneven and without metallic luster. And because of the fake and inferior products cut less, head and tail will appear big ears.

6．偽劣鍍鋅管材質(zhì)含雜質(zhì)多，鋼的密度偏小，而且尺寸超差嚴(yán)重，所以在沒有游標(biāo)卡尺的情況下，可以對它進(jìn)行稱量核對。一般來說整相稱量效果會更好，主要考慮到累積誤差和概率論這個(gè)問題。

6. The fake and inferior galvanized pipe material contains many impurities, the density of steel is too small, and the size is out of tolerance seriously, so it can be weighed and checked without vernier caliper. Generally speaking, the whole phase weighing effect will be better, mainly considering the cumulative error and probability theory.
