雨水口、空調管線、天溝、墻體、風機根部等重 點滲水部位,要鋪貼一層附加層,寬度為300mm;或根據實際需要,對重 點易滲水部位加貼附加層,檐口部位要進行包檐處理。重 點滲水部位的處理方法說明如下:

需在墻體上開鑿5cmx10cm見方的槽,槽底部壓光,防水層粘貼在上面后,用抗裂砂漿填實;或者直接在墻體上用金屬壓條固定防水層,然后用密封材料對卷材收口部位進行密封處理。

此處是鋼結構屋面比較容易滲水的部位之一，需在防水層的上方加焊金屬擋水條或金屬防水板，緩解來自鋼柱上方的沖力；上方卷材部位要用纏繞法施工，使卷材不易脫落；擋水板上方用密封材料進行密封處理。

4、屋面天溝部位

金屬屋面天溝滲水情況比較普遍，主要原因為設計流水量不足。在突遇特大暴雨時，雨水量急劇增加卻又無法排出，當雨水量積存高度超過房檐下方墻體高度時，雨水就會從房檐下方內溢。

解決這一難題的方法，主要有增加排水口和對天溝做防水處理兩種方法。此處只對天溝防水處理法作一說明一步，沿天溝邊沿處切除伸入天溝內的屋面板，然后用50cm寬的白鐵皮對折，再壓成一定角度，角度大約等于屋面板與天溝形成的夾角，把鐵皮的一側插入屋面板的下方，另一側用鉚釘固定在天溝壁上
