一、實彎

1、 Solid bend

實彎，望文生義是壓實了彎折，實彎時里外輥與管坯里外壁雙向壓實。

In the actual bending process, the inner and outer rollers and the inner and outer walls of the tube blank are compacted in both directions.

(1)實彎的長處是彈起小，成型精 確，并且只需輥型精 確，內角成型的R比擬精 確。

(1) The advantages of real bending are small bounce, precise forming, precise roll shape, and precise r-analogy of internal angle forming.

(2)實彎的缺欠是有拉伸/減薄效應。實彎會使彎折處發(fā)生拉伸，拉伸效應使彎折線縱向的長短延長;實彎彎折處金屬會因拉伸而變薄。

(2) The imperfection of real bending is tensile / thinning effect. The real bending will make the bending place stretch, and the stretching effect will make the length of the bending line lengthen; The metal at the real bend will be thinned by stretching.

二、空彎

2、 Empty bend

空彎是經過外輥與管坯外壁的單向接觸構成彎矩使帶料彎折，空彎會使彎折線發(fā)生緊縮，緊縮效應使彎折線縱向擴大，彎折處非金屬涌現(xiàn)沉積變厚，這就是空彎的緊縮/增厚效應。

Empty bending is the bending moment formed by the one-way contact between the outer roll and the outer wall of the tube blank, which makes the strip bend. Empty bending will make the bending line shrink, the contraction effect will make the bending line expand longitudinally, and the non-metal deposition at the bending place will become thicker. This is the contraction / thickening effect of empty bending.

空彎的長處是能夠正在無法進行實彎時進行邊長的彎折，比方方矩管的上邊/側邊同步彎折和精整。空彎還能夠彎折R<0.2t的外角而沒有致管壁發(fā)作折斷。

The advantage of empty bending is that it can bend the side length when the real bending cannot be carried out, such as synchronous bending and finishing of the top / side of rectangular tube. The outer corner with R < 0.2T can be bent without breaking the tube wall.
